Is online coaching a smart choice to crack SSC CGL Exam?

Staff Selection Commission conducts various government job exams such as SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC Grade C and D, etc. Out of this, SSC CGL is the one which is open for graduates, which makes it a competitive and most sought exam.  Most of the graduates are working in the private sector and their working hours are more than 8 hours. With such hectic schedule they are not able to prepare for SSC CGL exam which can bring them a prestigious career option for the lifetime.

There are various educational brands offering competitive job exams. Most of them are offering offline or classroom coaching and a few of them are offering online coaching. With such a situation where a candidate needs money as well as knowledge, for them online coaching is a smart choice. Advancement in technology has proved to be a blessing for aspirants who are not able to take out time for coaching classes. It is a blessing for those who are living in remote areas especially the ones who are not in a position to move to city to prepare for the government job exams. Internet access is a common feature in urban and remote areas now therefore it is easy to take online classes everywhere.

There are various benefits of online coaching such as:
  1. Students can learn better with online teaching module as they can adjust the speed of lectures according to their ability to understand. In classroom coaching, a student has to adjust according to the speed of the classmates which at times makes the learning difficult. In case there is any break taken by the teacher or student it makes the process inappropriate for exam preparation.
  2. The cost of online coaching is less as compared to offline coaching. Besides fees structure, one has to spend on commuting in case of offline. Online coaching needs no commuting expenditure. Thus it makes the study module convenient and cheap in terms of cost and time.
  3. It is a good opportunity for those who are residing in remote areas as they don’t have to leave their home and go too far flung areas to seek exam and studies.
  4. When a child is away from home makes him divert his attention with lot of friends and social networking. They are not able to give proper time to their studies even after attending  SSC coaching in Chennai. These distractions are there when they opt for online coaching.
  5. Traditional coaching centres have their timings set for the coaching classes but online coaching there is no such time table. Video lectures are saved on their YouTube channels which can be watched at the convenient time available to the student. A working candidate has a flexible schedule of studying thus it suits him a lot and such like candidates.
  6. There is no need to have descriptive notes or heavy books to read repeatedly with online coaching. One can watch video lectures repeatedly in case they are not able to understand by listening once. In coaching centers the topics are not repeated weather a student has understood or not. Though doubt sessions are provided but only at the availability of the faculty member which at times does not match with that of the student’s availability.
These are the benefits of online coaching but it does not mean that traditional or offline coaching is not good. It depends upon the preference of the concerned student. Students can choose either of the option but work hard to achieve the goal of your life time to grab the prestigious career option.

Is RBI Assistant better than IBPS PO?

Banking sector offers a prestigious career option to the graduates of our country. There are various exams such as IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO, SBI Clerk, RBI Assistant, etc. Every year these posts are notified but the most preferred once are PO level jobs especially RBI Assistant, SBI PO and IBPS PO.

RBI Assistant job is preferred over other bank these days irrespective of the fact that this is a clerical job and offers fewer emoluments than other bank PO jobs. The reasons that led to be as RBI Assistant job to be the most preferred one are given below:

1. Transfer Policy:

RBI transfers its employees after 5 years where as Banks with IBPS PO exam and others offer it after every three years. It makes very difficult for the family to adjust to new environment or region every 3 years but 5 years is tolerable.

2. Work stress:

RBI has less work pressure for the employees than other nationalized banks. It helps the employees to maintain a balance between home and work.

3. Postings:

The postings offered by RBI are in the urban regions where as other nationalized banks have most of the times rural areas especially in the event of promotions with transfers. The other reason for RBI giving such an option is that it does not have any branches in rural areas.

4. Brand name:

RBI is the father of all the nationalized banks of India and thus enjoys number one position. Working in RBI itself is a prestigious one.

5. Working hours and days:

RBI has 5 days working in a week and other nationalized banks have six days working. The timings for work in RBI are from 9.15 a.m to 5.15 p.m. whereas other banks do not release the POs early from the branch unless the table is not clear of day’s transactions and other related work.

These are some of the reasons which makes RBI Assistant job as most preferred one. Though IBPS PO job is a better option for those who look for salary only but it has more work pressure than RBI Assistant job.

Make a choice according to your preferences to give a comfortable ride to your career as job satisfaction is more important than only to earn money through Bank Coaching in Chennai.
