SBI PO 2018 exam will be conducted in the month of August 2018. It has three sections in the Phase 1 of the exam namely, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. These subjects have got various topics to be studied before appearing in the exam to get a reasonable score to ace the exam. It has mainly three phases to qualify these are:

After cracking
preliminary and mains there comes the third and final phase of Interview. After
the interview, final merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance in
the respective phases.
Tips to prepare
section – wise are:
a. Quantitative
Aptitude:
- Study all mathematical formulae
- Practice Previous years questions
- Practice mock Tests regularly
b. English
Language:
- Students often take this section
too lightly while preparing for Bank Coaching in Chennai.
- develop in areas like one-word
substitution, phrase replacement, idioms and phrases, synonyms and
antonyms
- study books on various grammar
rules followed by the practice exercise
- Practice at length to get better in
the language
- Download apps like Dictionary.com and
Oxford English Dictionary to discover new words
- Solve Mock Tests
c. General
Awareness:
- General Knowledge should be learned
by reading and is a very scoring section
- Buy renowned book on General
Knowledge books for reference
- Learn all important subjects like
banking awareness, history, geography, political science, economics,
computer, etc
- Daily revise the current affairs
that have taken place in the last 6-12 months.
- Current affairs section can be organized
with the help of newspapers, news apps or books
d. Reasoning:
· Practice quizzes
based on the topics given such as Classification, Analogy, Coding-Decoding,
Puzzles, Matrix, Word Formation, Arranging Words in Dictionary Order or
Meaningful order, Venn Diagram, Direction and Distances, Series, Non-Verbal
Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning.

year question papers to practice more on the topics to know the latest exam
pattern.
These are the important
topics and tips to follow to study subject-wise and you must give equal time to
all the sections to get a high score. Higher the score better are the chances
of getting a joining as SBI PO.
