During the probation period, a Bank PO is trained in practical knowledge in finance, accounting, marketing, billing as well as investment. So, the transaction involves the role of “maker” and “checker”.  The responsibilities of losses, if any, reside with the checker.

6. Responsibilities of Loan Processing

The Bank PO has to take care of all the loan related documents. He has to visit the sites of loan taking parties and then has to make decisions. Before granting the loan to any customer, he has to thoroughly check all the related documentation. He holds the responsibilities of granting loan to the customer.
