Subjectwise strategy for Cracking SSC CGL Exam 2018




SSC CGL is meant for an average candidate, Reality is level of questions asked in CGL is of very basic level in subjects like reasoning, maths and English & Gk is factual.
  1. General Awareness- I have studied from the lucent descriptive and objective book. These books will cover all the static portion and the previous year questions. Please do not ignore this section as it will determine whether you will just qualify the exam or will be a rank holder.
  2. Mathematics-Firstly solve all the previous year questions from reference books to get yourself acquainted with syllabus and type of questions asked in the examination. Mark all the questions in which you have some doubt or there was some new concept. In this way you will have around 40-50 questions in each chapter for revision. The number of questions may go up to 100 in advance maths. Revise these questions time to time. Maintain a notebook for important questions and formulae. Revise it time to time.
